Santéon's XIP BPM ensures organizations greater visibility into resource utilization, as well. Santéon XIP Human Interaction is a sophisticated capability of the BPM workflow, allowing organizations to design highly interactive process automation for business users to interact and collaborate with data from disparate locations in real-time to provide decisions such as:

  • approvals or rejections
  • edits
  • add notes or attachments
  • provide signatures
  • send to other users or pend messages for later review
  • view audit trails
  • or otherwise interact with the automated process

Automating process workflows can never realize their full potential without sophisticated capabilities for human interaction in the process. Santéon XIP does handle full automation, but most of our customers have processes where staff needs to be integrally involved in decision based processes. The Santéon XIP Human Interaction module applies role-based access to message tasks and data access. XIP's Human Interaction uses intelligent forms created by Santéon's Intelligent Document Technology to interact with data from disparate locations in one centralized view.

Capabilities and Benefits of Santéon's Human Interaction

"Outlook-like" interface. Intuitive, "Outlook-like" interface to receive and processes message and actions. Users have an organized Inbox to sort and access tasks assigned to them, as well as color coding for visual prioritizing. Users can open messages/tasks and view them just like they would view an email message only the document opened has highly interactive capabilities to modify data.

View intelligent forms. XIP Human Interaction modules access intelligent forms created with Santéon's Intelligent Document Technology. For information that requires attention or review, it is possible to highlight fields in forms for attention, lock data, make certain text editable, and do on-the-spot data validation to prevent error as well as leverage other inherent intelligent in the forms.

Role-based access. Control the rights and privileges of user groups to view and modify messages and data.

Centralized views of data across the organization. Each user can access the pieces of information that need to make decisions in one centralized view because XIP can pull the needed data from different systems in a centralized view. It is also possible to write back to the databases with modified data. This speeds time for organizations and business users to process information without having to rebuild systems or centralize databases.

User customization capabilities. Each user has the ability to customize views, sort and filter information, and prioritize tasks to fit their individual work style or meet specific task needs.

Accessible. XIP's Human Interaction is accessible from client, Web, mobile device or Tablet PC providing accessibility from remote sites for the virtual organization

Add notes and attachments. Users can add comments, attach documents, view other comments, add types of errors and handle other sophisticated interactions to facilitate decisions and enhance process efficiency.

Intelligent process routing. Users can interact with messages and make decisions based on their role, then simply submit their actions and move on to other work without concern or inconsistencies in what happens next in the process because the messages and forms are intelligent and aware of their next steps. This provides greater consistency and standardization on business processes across organizations and departments.

Santéon's Trans-Langauge Development Environment. Provides an environment for developing supporting multiple types of coding and languages.

Audit trail. The workflow is fully-auditable with a time-stamped audit trail so it is possible to review all actions by users and history of business processes.
