The system provides users with a centralized workspace for documents, discussions and activity lists, all coordinated by a sophisticated taskflow system that helps keep users organized and remediation actions automatically monitors and tracked through and auto-notification infrastructure.

Actis monitors progress in your process or compliance effort through Taskflow, automatic notifications and a database of To-Do activities, all providing an audit trail documenting efforts towards compliance.

Document control

Most of the activity in the Project Collaboration module is focused on document generation and revision. Documents of all formats are accepted by the system and versions can be checked in and out by users with the proper privileges. Documents and activities can be discussed, assigned for revision using parallel and serial workflows or published to other modules for public consumption. Above all, version control and historical records are managed by Actis from the moment the document is uploaded the first time.
