The Actis Policies and Procedures module acts as a centralized repository for the identified policies and procedures available to the entire organization. This ensures all compliance policies and procedures accessed are up-to-date. Actis allows users with sufficient privileges to publish documents to the repository. Once documents have been finalized, they can be opened for general consumption without risk of modification or corruption with read-only access.
