Any change in policy or operating procedure should be followed by training for all those affected. The Actis LCMS provides a consistent and flexible platform for organizing learning material and distributing that material in a controlled manner.

This helps ensure change in behavior to new compliance policies and procedures.

The Actis Learning Content Management System (LCMS) is a dynamic tool that provides customizable information delivered through the web to project staff across locations to meet training needs and gaps in knowledge uncovered in the Gap Analysis module. The LCMS delivers messages to staff in real-time, reinforcing process, policy and compliance requirements. Video-based content, as well as a variety of training artifacts, can be organized into Catalogs, Courses and Lessons for individuals to select training at their own pace.

Administrators have control over designed a training curriculum by developing Materials, Lessons and Catalogs that can be assigned to users and groups while monitoring their progress through active monitors and reports to ensure that users have completed their assigned tasks.

Users have access to a set of assigned lessons. They can download the content or view it online and once they are satisfied with their grasp of the material, assess their own course completion. Materials can be kept locally for future reference, if needed.
