Centralized workspace and repository
Santeon provides a centralized repository and workspace for process management activities and resources. This organizational structure helps with the overall process management standardization in an organization.
Using the Process Portal Workspace, users can:
- Initiate new processes
- Notification and access to activities and tasks
- Access reports and dashboards
- Access process repository for all process resources (models, workflows, business rules, documentation, policies and procedures, training).
- Receive announcements or notifications on process changes
Integration with Intranet portals
The XIP BPM Process Portal, or objects in the portal, can be integrated with existing organizational portals or Intranets. Portal elements can be made available as portlets, or they can be integrated in other ways to help organizations centralize Business Process Management with other corporate systems.
Customized Portals
Santeon can easily create custom portals using the Santeon XIP BPM platform for use in process management efforts. A few examples of portals Santeon created and that can be tailored for other organizations includes:
- Clearinghouse for Claims Processing to streamline collaboration between providers and payers
- Online Benefits Enrollment and Eligibility
- Direct Data Entry Portals to enter application, claim, form, or other information
