Agile Readiness Assessment (DR. Agile)

In order to prevent additional costs and failure during the implementation of agile, we recommend each business to conduct a readiness assessment prior to re-organization. We developed a readiness assessment that considers 300 different indicators in order to define what agile practices will be the most suitable for your company. As the transition to sustainable agility resembles a steady development, agile approaches should be introduced step by step. Nonetheless, it is essential to consider the timeline of adoption: a great practice introduced at the wrong time might result in chaos and inefficiency. To avoid such loss, we offer to help you identify how ready your company is at a certain time for the application of a certain practice.

(Our procedure is simple.) No matter if your company has 10 or 1000 employees, the essence of the assessment is similar. Employees will be interviewed by using either paper- or web-based surveys, which will be then analyzed and interpreted. Its results will be summarized in a report highlighting your company's current strengths, weaknesses, as well as its readiness for agile practices. Moreover, it will reveal what characteristics are needed for the adoption of agile practices.

The assessment indicators are aggregated using special formulas and weights. The results are tabulated and a report is generated (see below a sample of the assessment report).
