Clear Green is the authoritative source for performance metrics in energy, sustainability and carbon reduction. Our aim is to provide operationally proven information, clearinghouse services in order to facilitate change, optimize returns and de-risk capital and services to the global market for retrofit and alternative energy.
How do I participate?
Participation is simple. Start by getting acquainted with the sector your firm operates in. For instance, are you a provider of industrial equipment? A pension fund with a portfolio of warehouses? We are bringing together knowledge of the operational aspects of retrofit and alternative energy projects and combining these with established financial clearinghouse technology in order to bring three groups together: green finance, equipment providers, and asset owners and operators.

Clear Green provides real-world expertise to reduce the risk to capital deployed into Green projects. From our long experience in building and fleet operations, retrofit planning and operations, and renewables analysis and operations, we assign key performance indicators to assets and equipment in order to reduce risk to green project capital, and encourage more lending to types of projects that will pay back.
